The objective of the OEA is to create a database of professionals in the field of education, promote like minded individuals for the enhancement of a knowledge base of its members, facilitate networking and collaboration, create and promote Mentor-Mentee relationships, and understand the needs of professional educators in our community and work towards positive solutions.
